Role Overview:
You will be responsible for building relationships with clients, presales and pitching to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for understanding the organisations product offering and taking this out to market.
- Building relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners
- Developing business development strategies
- Manage the full presales and proposal pipeline.
- Ability to use CRM for account management, reporting and opportunity generation.
- Lead and mentor junior team members.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Growth Manager.
- Extensive experience in generating new business and account management in a Digital environment
- Knowledge of technology services and management consultancy delivery.
- Strong track record in revenue generation and hitting targets.
- Adaptable to changing market conditions and business needs.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience leading and mentoring teams.
