Technical Product Manager – Payments & API Platforms

New York (Hybrid) | Permanent | $180,000 – $200,000 + Benefits

We’re partnering with a fast-growing, market-leading payments business to find a talented Technical Product Manager who will own platform strategy across API integrations, payment rails, and third-party vendor partnerships.

You’ll lead multiple squads end-to-end – from discovery through to launch – working closely with engineering, compliance, and senior stakeholders to deliver scalable, reusable solutions. This isn’t just a delivery role, you’ll shape product direction at an organisational level and mentor junior PMs along the way.

What you’ll bring:

• 5+ years in product management within fintech or payments
• Deep expertise in APIs, microservices, and integration-heavy platforms
• Strong knowledge of payment rail systems, messaging standards, and credit decisioning frameworks
• Experience with identity and fintech vendor partnerships
• Familiarity with PCI-DSS, regulatory compliance, and data-driven decision-making
• Confident in communicating complex technical concepts to C-suite stakeholders
• A builder’s mindset – entrepreneurial, adaptable, and comfortable in ambiguity
