Business Change Project Manager

A global market leader seeks an experienced Business Change Project Manager with expertise in delivering transformative projects within the insurance industry. In this role, you’ll define and align business and technical requirements with strategic objectives, working closely with tech teams and stakeholders to drive impactful change. You will also lead and mentor junior project managers, providing guidance throughout project phases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage business and technical requirements for projects.
• Drive HR tool transformation and outsourcing initiatives.
• Oversee underwriting and claims projects, ensuring the right technology and operating models are in place.
• Improve operational processes and implement new ways of working.
• Manage large-scale projects using Waterfall, with some Agile integration in tech projects.
