Infused Solutions is partnering with a B2B payments company that serves over 2,600 global customers and has processed more than $1 trillion in invoice dollars.

This is a senior operational leadership role overseeing $130B+ in annual payment volume across multiple payment types. It is a genuinely broad mandate. Most payment operations leaders at this level specialize in one or two areas (such as risk/underwriting, ACH, or card payments), but this role requires expertise across all three simultaneously.

Role Responsibilities

• Overseeing onboarding, payment operations, risk and fraud controls, customer support, billing, and settlement across multiple payment rails
• Managing relationships with external payment partners and ensuring compliance with card network, ACH, and PCI standards
• Working closely with product, engineering, sales, finance, and implementation teams to support payment program delivery
• Driving enterprise risk management initiatives and maintaining continuous operational readiness for real-time payment processing
• Leading vendor strategy and strengthening partnerships with banks and fintech providers
• Managing and developing a 10-person operations team, focused on building a scalable and high-performing function

Candidate Profile

• Strong background across payment risk/underwriting, ACH, and card payments
• Experience overseeing high-volume payment environments (ideally $20B+ annually)
• 10+ years in the payments industry, including 7+ years in leadership roles managing complex, multi-rail payment operations
• Experience within a fintech, payment processor, or payment infrastructure environment
• Solid understanding of merchant acquiring, payment flows, and interchange structures
• Knowledge of key payments compliance frameworks, including PCI DSS, NACHA, and card network regulations
