Head of Product

Job Type: Permanent | Location: Madrid or Remote Spain | Salary: €100,000-€130,000 + Bonus & Benefits

Infused Solutions has partnered with an innovative enterprise client building AI-powered tools.

This role requires a product leader who actively uses AI daily to ship products – not just someone familiar with the technology.

What You’ll Do

• Own product vision and roadmap for an AI-powered professional development platform
• Build products from scratch with no playbook – hypothesis-driven discovery, rapid testing, measurable outcomes
• Champion AI-first product development – use Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Lovable, Figma AI daily for prototyping, research, and team workflows
• Lead and mentor product managers, establishing modern product thinking (outcome-focused, evidence-driven, hypothesis-led)
• Manage team growth from 4 PMs to 8-9+ as the product scales
• Collaborate with engineering teams across multiple regions and design teams

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years leading product teams across consumer-facing (B2C) or B2B2C environments
• Currently managing 6+ direct reports in your product organisation
• Multiple product domains experience – comfortable managing fundamentally different product types, not variations of a single platform
• Daily hands-on AI usage (minimum 12 months) – Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Lovable for product strategy, discovery, and prototyping
• PM development track record – proven ability to mentor, develop, and grow product managers into stronger thinkers
• Outcome-focused product thinking – hypothesis-driven discovery, rapid experimentation, learning velocity over feature velocity
• Strategic + operational balance – comfort with ambiguity, strong stakeholder management, data-driven decision making
