Infused Solutions have teamed up with a FinTech company who combine innovation and expertise to push the boundaries in the FinTech sector.

The Development Team Leader will be responsible for one of the teams building and maintaining software systems.

Working with key stakeholders to build and refine a strong backlog of work and leading the team to build innovative and robust software solutions.

Development Team Leader requirements

• Mentoring, coaching and developing members of the team, setting goals, monitoring performance and providing confident leadership.
• Collaborating with Architects, Product Managers, Project Managers and others to build a strong roadmap.
• Leading an agile development team responsible
• Ensuring the team deliver the highest quality code.
• Maintaining a high proficiency in multiple development technologies.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being hands on, working with people and organising a team along with mentoring and developing developers.

The role is paying £70,000-£75,000K + Bonus + Benefits package.
