Infused Solutions has partnered with a growing company seeking to add an experienced IMAC Engineer to their evolving team.

An Installation, Move, and Change (IMAC) Engineer is responsible for setting up, relocating, and modifying IT equipment and infrastructure within an organisation.

The main responsibilities include:

• Address IT challenges and execute enterprise deployments.
• Acquire and maintain industry qualifications for the Dell IMAC team.
• Have expertise in handling Dell IMAC requests.
• Adhere to Dell and customer Health and Safety procedures.
• Meet customer requirements with professionalism.
• Conduct site assessments and update closure procedures.
• Stay informed on industry standards and Dell vendor specifications.
• Work with PMO to ensure SLA compliance and availability.

To fulfil this role, travel to multiple sites including Birmingham, London, Reading and Bristol and beyond is necessary, hence a full UK driving license is essential. For further information, please get in touch to discuss immediate interview opportunities.
