The Opportunity

We’re working with a global organisation expanding its AI capabilities and looking to hire 2 AI Engineers to join a high-performing team based in Poland.

This team is responsible for building and scaling production-grade AI services, working on cutting-edge solutions that power large-scale, real-world applications. You’ll play a key role in developing robust AI pipelines, APIs, and data ingestion systems, helping to shape a unified and scalable engineering model.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Designing and building scalable AI pipelines and data ingestion systems

• Developing and maintaining transformation APIs using modern frameworks

• Working on LLM / Transformer-based applications in production environments

• Ensuring systems are robust, scalable, and aligned with long-term architecture goals

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams across global locations

• Contributing to infrastructure, performance optimisation, and system reliability

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience building AI/ML systems in production

• Solid background in Python and backend development

• Experience with modern AI frameworks (PyTorch, Transformers, LLMs)

• Understanding of scalable architecture and distributed systems

• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)

• Strong communication skills and ability to work in distributed teams
