Overview

A leading global organisation is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Developer to join its growing technology function.
This role will focus on delivering scalable technical solutions across the Oracle Fusion HCM suite, partnering closely with HR and Technology teams to design, develop, test, and support enterprise-level applications and integrations.

The Role

As an Oracle Fusion HCM Developer, you will play a key role in the design, development, and enhancement of Oracle Fusion HCM solutions across multiple business initiatives.
You’ll collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions while ensuring alignment with development standards and Oracle best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and support solutions within Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud
• Run technical workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to refine business requirements
• Translate business needs into scalable technical specifications and end-to-end solutions
• Build integrations, APIs, reports, and automated data workflows
• Develop and maintain HCM Extracts, BI Publisher reports, and REST API integrations
• Support and enhance existing applications, troubleshooting issues and driving improvements
• Implement and maintain security roles, approvals, and governance controls across HCM modules
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and best engineering practices

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM
• Experience across one or more HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, Recruiting (ORC), Compensation, Talent, Benefits, Absence, Time & Labour, or Security
• Expertise with Oracle Visual Builder Studio and Redwood UI
• Strong SQL and PL/SQL development skills
• Experience with HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, approval workflows, and integrations
• Experience with Fusion HCM / ORC REST APIs
• Familiarity with Agile delivery environments and modern development tooling
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

Desirable Experience

• Experience running technical workshops and business process mapping sessions
• Exposure to HDL and migration tooling
• Experience with test scripting and production support
• Familiarity with JIRA, ServiceNow, or similar tools
