Forward Deployed Engineer

Job Type: Permanent, Full Time

Compensation: Up to $300,000 + Bonus & Equity

Location: New York, Hybrid

Infused Solutions has partnered with a well-funded Series A fintech that is expanding their engineering team in New York.

This isn’t a build-and-hand-off role. You’ll sit at the intersection of engineering and client delivery – defining problems, designing agentic solutions and owning them end to end. One week you’re deep in infrastructure, the next you’re in front of a portfolio manager at a top-tier fund.

What they’re looking for:

• You’ve shipped production agentic AI systems – LangGraph, Claude Code, MCP
• You can define a customer’s problem well enough to actually solve it
• You’re comfortable owning the full stack from infrastructure to client delivery
• You understand how institutional investors work – buy side, sell side, front office
• You use coding agents as part of your daily workflow
