Head of UX | AI-Powered Enterprise Products

Madrid (Hybrid – 2 days/week) | Permanent | €130,000-€150,000 + Bonus & Benefits

Infused Solutions is partnering exclusively with a global enterprise organisation building AI-powered products at scale, to find their next Head of UX.

This is a genuine leadership seat, not a bigger title on the same job. You’ll own design across several teams – managers down through junior ICs – and sit within the senior product leadership group, engaging directly with the heads of Product, Engineering, and Delivery as an equal, not a downstream contributor.

Your remit spans:

• High-volume, high-stakes products with strict compliance and accuracy requirements
• B2B and institutional-facing tools for enterprise customers
• Core web platforms with a large, engaged user base
• Native mobile products

What you’ll be doing:

• Defining the design vision for a large, multi-product portfolio reaching millions of users
• Growing a design function from the ground up – recruiting, developing, and retaining strong managers and senior talent
• Making AI part of how the design team actually works, not just a feature of the product
• Keeping a hand in the detail – wireframes, research sessions, Figma reviews – without losing sight of the bigger picture

What we’re looking for:

• A background in shipping and scaling real digital products – not agency work, marketing, or campaign sites
• Experience running sizeable teams through a layer of managers, spanning several product groups at once
• Confidence navigating a matrixed structure with multiple senior stakeholders and no single clean reporting line
• A working habit of using AI in the design process itself – not just talking about it
• Range across both building new products and refining ones that are already mature and widely used
